On the one hand, there's sooo much I want to do that I can't squish into this small a space, but on the other... it's a good starting place. Since it's our first time doing a lot of these things, small is probably useful. <BR/><BR/>FWIW, I'm the LAST person *I'd* come to for pointers re: home-buying!
